How old do I need to be to purchase Osmosis products?

You must be of legal age in your province to purchase from Osmosis. This means:

18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec
19+ for the rest of Canada

You are required to provide government issued photo identification to verify your age.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to the account/login page. On the login form, click the link that says “Lost your password?” OR, click here to reset your password.

How can I refer a friend?

Anyone over the age of 19 is welcome, but if you send your friend a coupon, they get 20% off their first purchase – plus you get $10 in points!


I can’t find the product I am looking for on the website.

If you are looking for a product that you cannot see listed, please contact us.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving payment but may take up to 2 business days.

Does Osmosis accept returns?

All orders from Osmosis are final sale. If you have an issue or concern with your order, please contact us.

Does Osmosis offer discounts?

From time to time Osmosis products will go on sale. There are also many discount codes floating around… can’t find one? Email us and we’ll help you out. You can also earn discounts through our points program – see below for more details!


What methods of payment does Osmosis accept?

Currently, payments are accepted through interact E-Transfer. We are working to make other payment options accessible to you.

How do I pay for my order?

Please see your banking provider for details on how to use Interact E-Transfer with your account.

  1. All payments are to be sent by interact e-transfer to
  2. Include your order number in the comments section of your interact e-transfer. Please do not include anything about the website or brand name in your transfer.
  3. Your payment will be auto-deposited. 

Note that some banks do not allow for autodeposit and will require a password. In this case please set the password as “Vancouver”

Your order will be shipped once we have processed your payment.


Where does Osmosis ship to?

Osmosis ships within Canada.

What is the cost of shipping?

Regional Shipping to British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan is $15. Regional shipping is free with orders over $100 (before tax).

National Shipping to everywhere else is Canada is $25. National shipping is free with orders over $110 (before tax).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Express post (with signature required) and take 2 business days to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. You can find your tracking number in the order details on your account page.


How does the Osmosis points program work?

Osmosis offers points for each purchase with completed payment, equivalent to 3% back.

To earn: Each dollar spent earns you 3 points.

To redeem: Every 100 points redeemed discounts $1 off your order total (not including tax and shipping).

How can I earn points?

Method #1 – Purchase products. Each dollar you spend earns you 3 points.

Method #2 – Review a product (you must have purchased a product to review it). You earn 300 points for each product review ($3 discount).

Method #3 – Refer a friend. Every friend you refer who successfully purchases a product earns you 1000 points ($10 discount).

Method #4 – Write a testimonial. We welcome each user to write a testimonial to – once reviewed you will receive 1000 points ($10.00 discount) for your testimonial. A testimonial reward is only available once every 6 months and is only available to verified purchasers of Osmosis products.
